Heat please

Our heater died on us yesterday. The house is so cold. Colder than usual, because I am always cold in this house. Genevieve and I spent an hour last night running around town trying to find another portable heater. Apparently they're seasonal items, and someone thinks the season for heaters in Seattle is over (they must not live here). We finally found one, but two little heaters don't heat a house and it's cold this morning! Hopefully we're going to get a new heater by Saturday, but I have to spend today calling around and finding a good deal. So hard to do when you are freezing cold. Any suggestions? Help!
